Seven Stages of Our Fabric Cleaning

Detailing

At arrival, the first process that is carried out is detailing. The garment is inspected to know the type and composition; locate, identify all log marks or imperfections.

Stain Removal

Identified marks or stains that may not be removed during cleaning are professionally attended

Cleaning

This is the most central point of the cleaning process. This involves hand-cleaning, laundry or dry cleaning.

Hand Finishing

This is an essential stage that ensures that the garment receives quality finishing. Our trained pressers finish the garment to specifications.

Minor Repairs

During the detailing, garments needing minor repairs are identified and the tailors have them fixed.

Inspection

Formal inspection is carried out to ensure cleanliness, appearance, quality of repairs and ironing.

Packaging

Using quality hangers and branded materials, we ensure garments are packed and returned safely to your wardrobe.
